ABOUT THE SHIPPING METHODS:
Inka Decor aiming to offer the best possible delivery service and a fare that suits you best, offers two shipment methods for your product.

The Premium delivery service is done through DHL Express delivery; the delivering time once the product has been submitted can be seen here. Through this means you will receive your product directly into your home. However, as mentioned on the Important Notes and Restrictions section, you might have to pay any tax or spending any additional duty for operational cost from DHL. We recommend you to approach to any agency of this company and inquire about this subject.

The Standard delivery service is accomplished through the EMS system (Peruvian mail service). This service is the highest or catalogued as Premium Peruvian postal service. The delivery time once the product has been sent can be seen here. It is important to note that through this delivery service it is possible that your product cannot be delivered directly to your home and you have to appear in person to collect it by yourself at your local postal agency. This will depend on the laws of the postal service of your country or locality. Inkadecor cannot assure if by using the standard delivery service the product will be delivered directly to your home.
Also, as mentioned on the Important Notes and Restrictions section, you might have to pay any tax or additional import duty. We suggest you to approach to any agency of the postal service of your locality and inquire about this subject.

For both Premium and Standard delivery service, you can keep track of your order (tracking) from the time that this has been sent, until their arrival at their final destination.

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business day from its purchased. If somehow you would like to place an order on a product that's not available in stock, you can contact us through: sales@inkadecor.com

Because we use DHL and EMS system to deliver packages, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be sure to provide a valid street address for all orders. Additionally, many shipments will require a signature, so whenever possible we encourage you to provide a shipping address at which someone will be present during the daytime to receive the package.
