Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Customer Service Center.

NOTE ON PRODUCTS:
Note that the products could present in very rare occasions minimal changes regarding the images displayed on our site. These variations are in terms of weight and color and are due to the fact that all our products are handmade one by one by artisans, not machine-made products nor standardized; and it is common that could be present very rare or almost imperceptible variations between one and another product in the above-mentioned aspects. Also, wood (cedar, walnut, mahogany, or any kind.) is a material that has parts that weigh more than others or that the texture and color varies slightly, as for example in the heart of the wood, this is also an aspect that influences in the note above about our products.

NON RECEIVED ORDERS
Be sure to indicate the correct shipping address when you are filling out your order form. Inkadecor is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. A customer service representative will check our records to determine when your order was processed and shipped. Please note that any claims related to non-receipt of merchandise must be made within 30 days of the shipment date or within 7 days of the delivery date reported by the carrier (where applicable), whichever is later.
